Before we arrive

Keep the project moving.

Schedule testing after the home and HVAC system are ready, but early enough to leave time for corrections if the first result does not pass.

Exterior doors and windows close securely.
Major openings in the building shell are complete.
Power is available for testing equipment.
Duct registers and openings are accessible.
The project address and conditioned square footage are available.

What happens if the project fails?

We explain the result so the builder or HVAC contractor knows what needs attention. After the repairs are complete, we return to retest the project.

Can both tests be scheduled together?

Yes. If the project is ready for both tests, combining them can make scheduling and closeout easier.
